Carmine Iadarola

Founder and CEO

With over 40 years of land and resource management experience, Carmine has built a career on fulfilling business interests while respecting the ecosystem. He has been a guest lecturer at universities and institutes all over the world and a keynote speaker at an African economic summit in Ghana. Understanding the convergence of the needs for water and energy, Carmine undertook the development of energy; first, in the development of combined cycle power plants, then the development of biomass, wind, and solar energy. The SolarGen principals’ projects have resulted in over 1,000 MWs of energy on the grid across the USA with 500 MWs being presently developed in India. His commitment to the critical nature of energy, like water, is to address issues in the most efficacious manner available.

Paige Biskup

Principal

Since 2013, Paige has been working with SolarGen to develop solar projects all over the globe including India, the Philippines, Ghana, and the United States. She prides herself on building relationships and leadership abilities. Her expertise is in investor relations and managing SolarGen’s global outreach. Paige is on the board of Directors for AAY Solar AquaSan Kishangarh Inc., a 500 MW solar development in Rajasthan, India, encompassing 1500+ acres of land. Paige holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado.

Kaleb Zanett

Principal

While concurrently operating as United States Military Intelligence Officer since 2015, Kaleb’s proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills have been integral in the development of both water and energy projects. Kaleb has consulted for over 400 MWs of solar and renewable natural gas in both the US and internationally. He brings a diversified experience in the industry, which ranges from 2 MW solar gardens to 100+ MW utility scale solar farms, and he has managed various project divisions to include subscriber acquisition, financial modeling, as well as siting and interconnect analysis. Kaleb holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado.

Annie Iadarola

Principal

Annie has been working as a project/program manager since 2012, after working for five years as a STEM educator. She has extensive experience developing projects, collecting data, and refining systems in order to better meet the project’s goals. Annie’s background as a teacher and an adult trainer has sharpened her skills in communication, collaboration, and imaginative thinking. When tasked with supporting a team in making a decision, Annie is able to combine data-backed recommendations with strong cross-team management in order to arrive at the best next steps to keep a project on track. Annie holds a Bachelors degree in politics.

Carmine David Iadarola

Board Member

Since 2004, Dave has worked in both the water and energy industries, having developed 3+ GW of solar, storage, and wind projects across the continental United States, while also developing natural gas projects nationwide. Dave is Of Counsel, on the Board of AAY Solar AquaSan Kishangarh and Allied Solar with SolarGen principals and is a key component of the SolarGen team. He started his own energy consulting company, 39North, in 2021. David received his master’s degree from the University of Colorado in Public Administration in 2007 and graduated from Colorado State University in 2004 with a degree in Political Science and Economics.

Mira Vo

Intern

Mira is a student at the University of Colorado and will be graduating in 2022 with a business degree in finance. She joined the SolarGen team in April 2022 and is working to assist with the financial modeling and analysis for new solar projects in the development phase.
